To maintain the appearance of your floor, we recommend to recoat your floor every one to two years, depending on the amount of use. Our service includes us preparing your floors by abrading, vacuum and tacking, and applying two coats of water based finish or one coat of oil based finish. We recommend that all universities, high schools, or middle schools that receive constant traffic to recoat their floors annually.
If your floor is exposed excessive amounts of dirt grime, and cleaning contaminants, a deep clean can be performed to loosen up those harsh elements and allow for adhesion during your next recoating.
